Subject: cefepime 2g doses to pair with Mini-Bag Plus bags

FYI: iCare has been changed so that new order for cefepime 2 g will utilize Mini-Bag Plus instead of ADD-Vantage bags. Existing orders for cefepime 2g in ADD-Vantage bags are NOT being changed so that there may need to be both loaded in some Pyxis machines.

This is being done because we have almost exhausted our supply of cefepime 2g ADD-Vantage vials, and they are no available to purchase.

This change will not affect Madison Hospital as they will continue to utilize the Mini-Bag Plus bags for their cefepime 2 g doses.
