Subject: PyxisES: Ativan Injection Changes on Tuesday, Aug 21

Effective Tuesday, August 21 at 8AM, Nursing will no longer need to remove the Ativan refrigerator key through “Override” process on PROFILE units prior to accessing the profiled order in PyxisES systems. The key will be connected to the Ativan injection order and will prompt for removal prior to opening the refrigerator. Any questions or concerns may be directed to the PyxisES Help Group.

This announcement will be posted on PULSE as well. Feel free to forward to any others who may need this communication. Thank you.
