Subject: Pharmacist Code Bag update

Each code bag at HH Main has been updated with (1) premixed NORepinephrine 8 mg/250 mL bag instead of (2) NORepinephrine 4 mg/4 mL amps.

Also, due to a national shortage, diazepam syringes have been removed from each bag.
