Subject: Artificial Tears AND Lacri-Lube

Lacri-Lube and all other similar ophthalmic lubricant ointments are on backorder.  Per P&T, please start converting any orders that you receive at HH Main for Lacri-Lube ointment to Refresh ophthalmic drops. We are still substituting Refresh ophthalmic drops for Artificial Tears as well.

I will send another email when we have these products back in stock. Let me know if you have any questions.

Subject: Artificial Tears

Artificial Tears are currently on backorder and HH Main has completely stocked out. Starting today at HH Main, please convert any orders for Artificial Tears to REFRESH Ophthalmic drops. Per the Artificial Tears Formulary, pharmacist have P&T approval to perform a "reverse" formulary interchange until the shortage has resolved.

I will send another email out once we have Artificial Tears back in stock.
