Subject: Re: Dopamine changes for PEDIATRIC code tray

At this time, stock of dopamine 400 mg/250 mL infusions is sufficient to resume placing them in PEDIATRIC code trays.  The kits can be replaced by the premade infusion during routine refilling of these code trays.  Please note that HHM will continue to pick the pediatric dopamine infusion from the W&C carousel.  W&C will send a case to Madison.

Dopamine 400 mg infusions are currently on backorder.  Starting today, we will be removing dopamine premixed 400 mg/250 mL infusions from PEDIATRIC code trays upon refill.  The premixed infusions will be replaced with dopamine infusion kits.  The kit labels and drip labels are attached.  Main: please tube any premixed infusions to W&C.  W&C: place all remaining infusions on the carousel.
