Subject: magnesium sulfate backorder

The magnesium sulfate vial backorder has continued to worsen. To conserve for critical needs and to make changes that have a lesser impact on IT, we will be taking mag sulfate out of adult TPNs beginning Wednesday, 5/30. This is the official date, but you may begin the removal at any time prior. Magnesium bolus bags are available if needed.
