Subject: ADACEL changing to BOOSTRIX

Our formulary is changing to BOOSTRIX from ADACEL. These products will be mixed together in the same carousel or Pyxis pockets until our ADACEL supplies are exhausted. This formulary change includes both ADULT and PEDIATRIC patients.

Searching for ADACEL in the carousel software will not result unless you use the "CONTAINS" function.
