DOBUTamine vials are officially being removed from PEDIATRIC code trays.  This was approved in the MERC meeting today.  Attached is the updated diagram reflecting this change.

Effective immediately due to shortage:
As PEDIATRIC code trays are refilled, please REMOVE the DOBUTamine 250 mg/20 mL vials and return the vials to stock if the expiration dates are acceptable.

At the next MERC meeting, permanent removal of the DOBUTamine vials will be considered.  The PEDS code tray diagram will be updated at that time if the vials are permanently removed.

Thanks,
Katie
