11/18/2016 BG --Peds Code trays - 0.22 micron filters - CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!

From: Becky Ginn

Subject: Peds Code tray - 0.22 micron filters - CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!

Please note that the filters that we include with the phenytoin in the pediatric code trays DO HAVE EXPIRATION DATES! These must be checked each time you refill a peds code tray!

Don't forget that, in addition to checking expiration dates on medications, we must also check dates on all supplies that we provide in kits, trays, boxes, etc. that we refill.

Let me know if you have questions!
