11/16/2016 BG -- Look Alike-Sound Alike Oral Cups

These two oral cups (sulfamethoxazole-trimethoPRIM and lidocaine) were found mixed together in one pocket in the HH Main carousel. Please be very careful when receiving, returning, checking, etc. all products. You must look at EACH item during transactions....the scan only checks ONE item....the rest may be wrong. Do not let the scanning lull you into complacency! You must still do a visual check.
