Subject: Time Off Requests - Cerner Impact

Hi all,

A couple of future scheduling notes:

1) Cerner end user training is currently scheduled to run for 8 weeks, 9/10/18 to 11/2/18. Until pharmacy has a more detailed training schedule, we are unable to guarantee time off requests will be honored.
2) Go-live period is scheduled for 11/3/18 to 11/17/18. NO time off requests will be approved during go-live.

*exception: life altering events (marriage, maternity/paternity leave, and bereavement)*

3) The on-going Cerner Implementation project and build continues to put a strain on staffing. Please take this into account when requesting time off for spring and summer 2018.
