HH Main has exhausted its supply of D5W 100 mL MINI-BAG PLUS bags. We expect it will be some time before this product returns. The Pyxis pockets which have had the D5W 100 mL MBP refilled into them will now likely be refilled with NS 100 mL MINI-BAG PLUS bags. This Pyxis product description is: (37839) SOLN*D5W or NS (MINI-BAG PLUS) (100 mL) IV BAG. Both fluids (D5W and NS 100 mL MBP) are scan maintenanced into this pocket.

IMPORTANT: We will continue to have (37838) SOLN*NS (MINI-BAG PLUS) (100 mL) IV BAG loaded in many non-profile units. The scan has been taken off the NS 100 mL MBP bags in order to refill these pockets. You must manually type the med ID (37838), that is located on the refill sheet, in order to access the pocket for refills. Only NS can be in this pocket!!!!  THIS IS NOT A CHANGE - ONLY A REMINDER.

SUMMARY:

• You will now begin to see NS 100 mL MINI-BAG PLUS bags refilled into the Pyxis pocket (37839) SOLN*D5W or NS (MINI-BAG PLUS) (100 mL) IV BAG. We are out of the D5W 100 mL MBP bags.

• Remember that you must manually type in the med ID 37838 in order to refill the Pyxis Pocket SOLN*NS (MINI-BAG PLUS) (100 mL) IV BAG. Only NS can be in this pocket.
