11/04/2016 BG-- docusate liquid - restocked for dispensing as ordered

The FDA has released a statement that use of docusate sodium (COLACE) ORAL LIQUID may be resumed (it had been recalled earlier in the Summer). We have restocked this product at Main, HHWC, and Madison. You may dispense doses as ordered.

NOTE: The option was removed from iCare during the RECALL, but will be reactivated ASAP.
