Subject: New Year Email Clean Up
When you have the opportunity, please take a few minutes to evaluate your current Zimbra Email account Inbox and Sent items for possible deletion/removal. Consider removing older Emails with large attachments which may not be relevant or are located in other shared drive locations and FormWEB.
Once you have deleted your items, please make sure you right click on the ‘Trash’ folder and select “Empty Trash” to remove them from your account.
