Subject: DOPamine changes for PEDIATRIC code tray

DOPamine 400 mg infusions are currently on backorder. Starting today, we will be removing DOPamine premixed 400 mg/250 mL infusions from PEDIATRIC code trays upon refill. The premixed infusions will be replaced with DOPamine infusion kits. The kit labels and drip labels are attached.

Main: please tube any premixed infusions to W&C. W&C: place all remaining infusions on the carousel.
