Subject: More supply interruptions with PharMEDium syringes

FYI:

Due to interruptions in the supply of outsourced rocuronium and vecuronium, you may begin see vials loaded instead of syringes in many of the A-systems and Pyxis machines.

Please note that the rocuronium must have a 60-day expiration date affixed to the vial once it is removed from the refrigerator.
