Subject: Change ZOSYN 3.375g ADD-VANTAGE to Mini-Bag Plus

In response to a fluid shortage issue, orders for ZOSYN 3.375g ADD-VANTAGE need to be changed to ZOSYN 3.375 g Mini-Bag Plus. iCare has been updated and all new orders will be entered correctly. However, any current orders will need to be deleted and reentered. Refer to the Drug Shortage Management Tab in Sentri7 to identify patients with orders on your units that need to be changed.
