Subject: Dopamine in ADULT code trays

Dopamine 800mg/250mL premixed infusion is currently on backorder. Starting today please remove these from the ADULT code trays when refilling and put them back on the carousel. Dopamine premixed infusions will remain available in the pharmacist code bags and in various pyxis machines throughout the hospital.
