Subject: NEW: Re-enter ZOSYN 3.375 g orders

We now have the Zosyn 3.375 g ADV Vials back in stock. iCare pathway has been updated and the vials have been loaded.

Please work on changing all existing 3.375 g MBP back to Add-Vantage.

There is a Sentri7 Rule available under “Drug Backorder Management” titled “ZOSYN Change to Add-Vantage” to identify those patients which need to be updated.

We are quickly running out of Zosyn 3.375 g ADV vials and had to switch back to MBP temporarily.

Please change all existing Zosyn 3.375 g orders for Main as soon as you are able.

There is a list under drug shortage management in Sentri7.
