11/16/17 SP -- W3 Hours Change - starting 12/9

Subject: W3 Hours Change - starting 12/9

Starting the weekend of December 9th, the W3 shift hours will change back to 9:30a-8:00p. At that date, we will have 3 midnight pharmacists on both weeks. From 9:30a-12:30p, the W3 will assist Central Pharmacy in addition to completing medication reconciliation and DVT assignments.

The UB 4 & 5 will no longer need to staff out of Central Pharmacy from 9:00-10:00a.
