Subject: folic acid injection outage

The following e-mail was sent to the medical staff this morning:

Our supply of folic acid injected in been totally exhausted. Effective immediately, folic acid will be removed from all computer entries for "banana bags" and will not be available to order parenterally. We have folic acid PO available as needed.
