Hello all,

As you may have heard, the Hospice Family Care inpatient facility at Redstone Village is planning to take the first patients on November 15th. HH main Central and Q pharmacists are responsible for order verification for these patient and many of you have already received a log in for their EMR "NetSmart". If you have received a log in but have not reset your password, please do so as soon as possible. If you have not received a log in and you anticipate working in central or Q positions, please let me know and I can get one set up for you.

I have a planned informational session on 11/8 for the verifying pharmacists. I will have 3x 15 min presentations from 1-1:15, 1:15-1:30 and 1:30-1:45. If you are available that day and are going to be working in Q or Central, please try to attend. I have attached the information for order verification on this email again. Nothing has really changed from the previous version. This can also be found in the Q resource book.

If you are unable to attend one of these sessions or have additional questions about the Hospice order verification process, please let me know.
