Subject: Pharmacist Unit Assignment Changes - starting 10/16

As you know the Q2 position returns Monday, 10/16 and the UB12 is scheduled to start back the next Monday, 10/23.

Starting 10/16, Endoscopy and Radiology Nursing units at HHM will return to Q unit assignments/work queue. Big thank you to the pharmacists at HHWC for their help! Remaining assignment changes from previous staff reduction will be revised and go into effect 10/23 (when the UB12 returns). Please stay tuned for an updated Unit Assignment document to be sent out later in October.
