09/20/17 BG -- Dextrose 50% boxed syringe backorder update -- 20sept17

Subject: dextrose boxed syringes are back

We have received a good supply of the BOXED dextrose syringes. At this time, we will stop using the PSP-prepared dextrose syringes. All of the Pyxis machines at Main have been updated to contain only the BOXED product.

At this time, we are NOT going to add the BOXED dextrose back to the code trays. Our supply is not robust enough to support that.
