Beginning today, as ADULT trays are refilled, amiodarone (NEXTERONE) 360 mg/200 mL PREMIXED infusions + a 0.2 micron filter will replace the amiodarone kit that has been in the adult code trays. See attached. Same concentration as before just a smaller volume drip.

The new amiodarone premixed bags will also be in many key Pyxis machines - THIS GOES LIVE TODAY!!!!!
