Subject: annual CBL requirements

CU will begin pulling employee completion records for required CBLs late next week. Please check your NetLearning transcript NOW and make sure you have completed the following classes in 2017:

• Influenza Information

• CareClass General for all employees

• The Patient Experience

If you have not completed these mandatory CBLs, please do so immediately and avoid the inevitable reminders that will come!

Also, if you are a new employee (within the past year) or a more senior employee who never took the Service Recovery/AIDET class, Becky Ginn and I will be offering this mandatory class for our department in the next few months...please watch for details.
