Importance: High

FYI..
See below. 7T will be open 24/7 starting this week. Previously, it was only open Monday-Thursday.

Pharmacists,

They have been instructed to only focus orders that are STAT and NOW. The unit staff is focused on completing the admissions assessment, Care Plan, HCS, and minimal orders. When the beds are not being "flipped" as fast as expected, the staff will enter all orders to begin care. For STAT and NOW orders, they are circling the order entered ER style (or should be). When entering all orders, they should sign off the entire page. You may see them focus on the NOW orders, and then enter all orders because patients are not transferring out.
Let me know if you have any questions or feedback, and please continue to provide real-time order entry education as necessary.

Thanks,
Sam
