3/26/26 HYDROmorphone (DILAUDID) 1 mg/1 mL injection (med ID 07717) - Critical Shortage - HH Main Only

HYDROmorphone (DILAUDID) 1 mg/1 mL injection (med ID 07717) continues to be on backorder and we are close to exhausting our supply at HH Main.
Effective immediately, Cerner APA has been disabled for HYDROmorphone (DILAUDID) 1 mg/1 mL injection. We will use our remaining supply for any existing 1 mg/1 mL active orders.
At this time, we continue to have HYDROmorphone (DILAUDID) 0.5 mg/0.5 mL & 2 mg/1 mL injection available for use.
At this time, we continue to have HYDROmorphone (DILAUDID) 0.5 mg/0.5 mL & 2 mg/1 mL injection available for use.
This change does not affect HHWC or Madison Hospital.
