Drug shortage update-

 

Vasopressin 40 units/100 mL premix is currently on backorder. We have nearly exhausted our supply. 
We will remove the remaining premixes from all Pyxis machines and centralize them in PSP today. 
We will convert to compounding vasopressin infusions in PSP on Wednesday and dispense on a patient-specific basis.
