1/5/26 Heparin Post Sheath/Vasc Band Removal Update

We have added a pathway on the CARD Cardiac Catheterization Post Procedure for prescribers to order the STANDARD heparin drip post sheath/vasc band removal. This is in addition to the LOW that is already there. 
The update includes an additional STANDARD section (see below):

as well as a new subphase to be added to the CARD Heparin Drip Orders PowerPlan:
CARD Heparin Cardiology - Standard Sliding Scale Post Sheath/Vasc Band Removal (with no loading dose.)

Please pay extra close attention to the consult notes that will indicate if the prescriber wants LOW or STANDARD.
