1/5/26 New Madison Site in Sentri7 1/7/26

January 5, 2026

Due to changes in National reporting requirements for Quality, Madison Hospital will now have it's own Sentri7 site beginning Wednesday January 7th. The new site will have all of the same rules as the Huntsville site plus the Madison specific rules. In Sentri7, there will be a new "Locations" screen, where you can choose between Madison and Huntsville.

If you need to change the location while reviewing rules in Sentri7, click on your name, then "Change Locations" to be taken back to the screen above.

This new site will be applicable to both Sentri7 Pharmacy rules, Quantify, Infection Prevention and Analytics.

Once the new Madison site is live, all new updates on Madison patients will only be sent to the new site, making Madison patient info at the Huntsville site obsolete. The new Madison site has been receiving patient data so all patient info should be up to date at go-live. However, during the transition, some information like Review notes will not carry over. Also, DoseMeRx will be available for the Madison site, but same as Review notes, historical information may not be available. During the transition, it may be necessary to switch between Madison and Huntsville locations to see this historical information.

I will send out an email on Wednesday (1/7) when the site is live.

Thanks,
Travis
