Meperidine 25 mg/1 mL injection (medID 22201) is back in stock and available for routine use/verification. 

 

At this time, we do not plan to add meperidine back to any powerplans because supply is still somewhat unpredictable. 

 

Meperidine 50 mg/1 mL injection (medID 22231) remains on backorder.

 

As a reminder, meperidine is formulary restricted to the criteria below.
