The comma phrase, ",age" - "Age-Friendly adjustment per P&T", is now live. You can use this for any age-friendly adjustments you make. Tagging your interventions with an age-friendly specific intervention allows us to pull data on this CMS measure, which will be important for compliance moving forward.
