12/15/25 erythromycin 500 mg vial for injection (medID 998525) - Shortage Resolved

Erythromycin 500 mg vials for injection are back in-stock. Routine use/verification can resume. 

 

The previously stocked erythromycin 500 mg add-vantage vial has been discontinued so we will only have standard vials going forward. 

 

Erythromycin 500 mg IV doses will be delivered via the mini-bag plus system and may be loaded in Pyxis.
