12/3/25 Mock Code-J

December 3, 2025

Pharmacists,

One day in the next week or so, I will send out a page for a Joint Commission drill. Please perform your responsibilities as if Joint Commission has just arrived in the building. Perform your clean sweeps and report any issues to the Charge Nurse/Unit Director and then also to David. Note that updated assignments are by position and include Clin Specs, UBs, TOC discharge pharmacists, Supervisors, and Managers.

There are two places you can find TJC resources:
  • On the "Joint Commission/Regulatory/Safety" FormWeb page. The first three documents on the right column are updated assignments for Main, updated assignments for W&C, and the Quick Checklist
  • On the Unit Base Pharmacist Resources FormWeb page, there is a section at the bottom called HRO/Joint Commission. The first two documents located in that section are the updated assignments for Main and the Quick Checklist

Thanks,
Brian Boyett, Pharm. D.
