11/25/25 HOSP Vancomycin Pharmacy to Dose UPDATE

The HOSP Vancomycin Pharmacy to Dose PowerPlan has been updated where the ONGOING dosing consult will be preselected for all patients UNLESS the PowerPlan is being ordered by an ED Provider for a patient at HHM, MH, or HWC where both options will remain unselected.
