9/2/25 Shortage updates

September 2, 2025

We have received a sufficient supply of promethazine and can stop all interchanges and conservation measures. 

 

We only have a 10-day supply of erythromycin injection in stock. 
David is notifying medical staff of this shortage. Pfizer has stopped production of the add-vantage vials and the supply has been depleted. The erythromycin flip top vials are not expected to return to market until Nov - Dec 2025.
