7/8/25 New dilTIAZem 125 mg/125 mL NS PREMIX

Effective today, Franklin Pharmacy(robotics) prepared dilTIAZem 125 mg/125 mL NS PREMIX will be our new standard product for dilTIAZem infusions. Our previous standard (dilTIAZem 100 mg/100 mL NS ADD-VANTAGE) is being phased out by the sole manufacturer. 

 

Cerner has been updated and will now APA to the 125 mg premix for all new orders. dilTIAZem 125 mg/125 mL premix bags have been added to the carousel and loaded in all appropriate Pyxis devices. 

 

Existing orders for the 100 mg ADD-Vantage vials will continue until they are discontinued. These will be unloaded from Pyxis when there are no longer any active orders.
