7/8/25 1Chart PRN Reasons: PRN Sleep/Insomnia and Insomnia/Sleep

To assist with identifying duplicate PRN orders, the current “PRN sleep” and “PRN insomnia” reasons have been updated to “PRN Sleep/Insomnia” and “PRN Insomnia/Sleep” as of today in 1Chart (Cerner).  Order sentences and Powerplans have been updated to reflect this updated description for each reason.  If you encounter any issues with this change, please let us know.  Thank you.
