7/8/25 Diltiazem

Pfizer is discontinuing all add-vantage products in 2025. 
 
Today we replaced the Diltiazem 100 mg add-vantage with a 125 mg / 125 mL robot-prepared infusion.  These will have a 60-day room temperature BUD and will be stored in the current Pyxis locations.
Changes have been made in Cerner today to select the 125 mL infusion for all new orders.
