The BULK methadone oral liquid is now on backorder. We want to maintain the remaining supply for patients with no other option. Effective immediately, please convert all orders for methadone oral liquid in ADULTS over to oral tablets unless the patient cannot tolerate tablets. Travis is working on a Sentri7 rule to identify patients with active orders and Keith is looking for alternative products to purchase. We will provide updates when available. Please let your supervisor know if you have any questions.
