6/17/25 Tube feed note - changes have been implemented

A few months ago, note modifications were approved by joint discussions between pharmacy and dietitians. 

 

The note is finally modified in production with some helpful comments added to the attached sheet when using the new note style. 

 

I would recommend to continue to use the old note style for any patients you have already started.  For all new patients, please use the new note style. 

 

Please let myself or dietitian leadership know of any issues.
