6/16/25 Weights in Sentri7 may be incorrect or missing

June 16, 2025

We have recently been made aware of an issue where some weights are not crossing from Cerner into Sentri 7.  This could result in Sentri 7 either showing a weight of “undefined” or displaying an old weight but with no indication that it is old. This could result in DoseMeRx using old values for weight and height.  Please double check that the weight and height match in DoseMeRx and Cerner before continuing.  If they do not, if you re-document the height and weight in MedManager, this will force the values to cross into Sentri-7 and will update within a few minutes. (reminder – just document them in the Demographics area on the left side of the screen).

This also fixes the issue that a few people have had where DoseMeRx gives you the following error when trying to launch it from Sentri-7.

We will let you know when this has been corrected.  Thanks!
