2/6/25 7NE to 5MST Unit Move 2/6/25

Pharmacists,

 

7NE Oncology will be moving to 5MST tomorrow, 2/6/25. 7NE will become part of Acute Medical Care Unit 1 (7N/7NW). We are also taking this opportunity to rebalance some work load with the UB2 and the UB0 and prepare for another potential surge unit opening in the future. 

 

Changes:
  • The UB 7 (order verification, PKS/Interventions, Sentri7, codes) and MICU-2 Clin Spec (NSS) will now be responsible for 7NE ("AMCU1").
  • Oncology Clin Specs will now be responsible for 5MST and 7MST.
  • In addition, 3NE, 3NW, and HOTP/HOTR will move from UB0 to the UB2
  • 7T will be moving from UB2 to UB8.
All changes will be applied to PPMs, patient lists, and the PKS dashboard this afternoon. The Deployment Documents and the Unit Designations document have already been updated. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
