2/3/25 Vancomycin 1250 mg Premix is now in stock

We received a shipment of the vancomycin 1250 mg Premix bags. Later today, I will unflex the V2B IV Set and all new orders can be assigned to "vancomycin 1250 mg/NS 250 mL *STD* (PXS)". Current orders that are associated with the V2B IV Set can continue using that option and do not need to be changed.
