1/20/25 Re: New PO Chemo Alert and FormWeb Updates

Good afternoon,

 

Due to the rescheduling of huddle presentations, I plan to go over the new alert/FormWeb updates in a future huddle (tentatively scheduled for 2/5/25). The alert will go-live on 1/20. 

 

I am available by email if any questions arise before I can provide education in person during huddle.
