1/6/25 Sentri-7 Trauma VTE prophylaxis Anti-Xa monitoring

Good afternoon, 
 
I have been working in correspondence with Jerry and PharmIT to create a Sentri-7 rule for the TRAUMA VTE Prophylaxis PowerPlan surrounding Anti-Xa monitoring. This rule is currently in the testing phase to ensure the most efficient process is used for therapeutic monitoring. The rule falls under "Anticoagulation Medication Monitoring" and is labeled "Trauma VTE prophylaxis Anti-Xa monitoring - Anticoag *Testing*".
If you would like to review patients using this rule, feel free to do so at this time. 
In the future, our hope is to either use the Sentri-7 rule without leaving an open intervention or utilizing intervention only when an Anti-Xa is ordered through the Trauma PowerPlan.
