12/4/24 ANES PCA Spinal Narcotic Orders (CAPS PCA) PP Update - 12/10

A minor update to the CAPS PCA Powerplan will go live on Tuesday, December 10
This update was prompted by questions from nurses about the communication order on the existing Powerplan to 'discontinue all other opiates while on PCA'
Updates as follows:
1. Note added to prompt ordering physician to discontinue scheduled pain medications, if desired
2. '.discontinue' order added to prompt pharmacists to discontinue all previous PRN opiate orders unless ordered with comments to start after PCA discontinued
