11/26/24 Adult DoseMeRx Vancomycin Quick Guide

November 26, 2024

Pharmacists,

AMT has been working really hard to get us a DoseMeRx tipsheet and guideline. Hopefully this will help pharmacists get more comfortable using the tool. The Adult DoseMeRx Vancomycin Quick Guide is now available on both the Antimicrobial Stewardship page and the Unit-Based Pharmacist Resource page on FormWeb.

Please take some time to review the document and try navigating the tool with the help of the quick guide. AMT, Gregg, and/or I plan to present this at Main UB/Clin Spec/TOC Huddle on Dec 2nd and Dec 4th. My hope is that people can have time to review the guide and the DoseMeRx tool before Huddle so that we can help answer any questions. Gregg is also planning to set up 30 min training sessions that people can sign up for. More to come on that.

Let Gregg, Jonathan, Madeline, or myself know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
