11/21/24 Updated Clonidine Patch Process Now Live

Hello everyone, 
The new process for clonidine patch removal orders is now live in Cerner. Please see attached tip sheet for details; this tip sheet is also on FormWeb under Unit-Based Pharmacist Resources as well as on the drug page for clonidine. 

 

You will also see an order alert for any clonidine patches. This alert is simply to serve as a reminder of the new process and will be removed in a few weeks:
